Orders:
All "in stock" items will ship within 48 hours of your order. Backordered items will generally ship within 72 hours of your order. You will be notified if it will be longer.

Returns:
All non-custom orders may be returned within 30 days or receipt for a full refund less cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Customer must contact Ocean Systems for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any goods. All returns must be complete and undamaged to receive full refund.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive a shipment tracking number as soon as it is ready.
